Ordering & Delivery

PLANT SIZES AND PRICES

We offer 4 sizes/ages of plants:

1)   LEAF – freshly cutted and carefully packed green leaf (in most cases we add a 2nd leaf of the same variety for free)

2)   BABY PLANT – little plant in 80ml (3 fl.oz) plastic cup

3)   YOUNG PLANT – bigger plant in 200ml (7 fl.oz) plastic cup or a big baby plant in 80ml (3 fl.oz) plastic cup ready for repotting to 9cm (3,5”) pot

4)   ADULT PLANT – mature plant in 9cm (3,5”) pot or in 200ml (7 fl.oz) plastic cup. If you are interested to order adult plants, please message us and we will send you a list of varieties for which adult plants are available. We often don’t list adult plants in our catalogs because we don’t have many of them. 

Mini & semi-mini violets are always planted in 80ml (3 fl.oz) cups.

In most cases our prices are following (indicated in Euros):

ORDERING & PAYMENT:

Please, note that our minimal order amount is 30 euros + postage. We accept payments through PayPal or Western Union / MoneyGram. We ship orders in a few days after payment (we need 2-3 days to prepare the shipment).

We need to check availability of every ordered item before we can send you an invoice to pay. Please write your PayPal address in “Order notes” field upon placing an order. If you prefer to pay through Western Union, please write about it in “Order notes” field. In both cases we will send you an invoice within 24 hours after the order was placed.

Missing items will be deleted from the order and total amount will be updated accordingly. If you would like to substitute missing items with some other varieties and/or sizes (leaves / baby plants / young plants), please write a list of possible substitutes in “Order notes” field.

SHIPPING:

Shipping within Europe costs 12 euros, shipping to any other countries costs 20 euros per order.

We pack our plants and leaves very carefully to protect them from physical damage during transit. Please note that we don’t provide heat-resistant or cold-resistant package, and that is why we guarantee safe delivery only if day and night temperatures in your country/region are safe for the plants (+8°C..+28°C / +46°F …+82°F). If temperatures in your location are not safe, we don’t bear responsibility for possible serious damage or total loss of leaves and/or plants.

In case if severe damage occurred during transit in safe temperatures, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving a parcel to claim for refund or replacement. We need to receive clear photos and a list of all damaged/lost items. Please note that a couple of broken leaves on a baby plant and/or spilled soil are not serious damage.

If plants or leaves arrived alive and without severe damage, it means that we accomplished all our obligations successfully. We are not responsible for any problems which may occur later (in a few days/weeks/months) due to customer’s improper growing conditions or care mistakes.
