Avanti Light Pink (Sakata)
Big soft-pink single flowers with white center decorated with cherry-red dots. Cherry-red belt separates pink petals from white center. Fragrant!
If this gloxinia blooms in very hot temperatures, reverse coloration is possible: soft-pink color on petals turns into almost white, and white color in center turns into cherry-red. Flowers still look beautiful, but they are very different from the “classic” variant which returns back in cooler temperatures.
